14K Gold Heirloom Earrings: Rare Purple Sapphire & Pearl Collection

14K Gold Heirloom Earrings: Rare Purple Sapphire & Pearl Collection
These one-of-a-kind earrings are a study in rarity, featuring materials curated from a private collection maintained for over 50 years. The centerpiece of each earring is a stunning 12x10mm lab-created purple sapphire—an unusual, vibrant hue totaling 11.4 carats that I have not encountered elsewhere in my career.
The sapphires are set in intricate, vintage gallery wire and accented by pearls from a private archive purchased prior to 1975. This pairing of 4-5mm round Akoya pearls and 4.5x3.5mm Biwa teardrop pearls creates a timeless, elegant silhouette.
Provenance: Featuring rare sapphires and authentic pre-1975 pearls from a long-held private collection.
The Setting: Solid 14K gold with vintage-style gallery wire work.
Earring Tops: I offer three signature styles to suit your preference:
Lever Back: Secure and classic.
Kidney Ear Wires: A sophisticated drop profile.
Flattened Ball Threaded Posts: For maximum security. Note: These are approximately 1mm (18ga) in diameter and are best suited for ears with larger piercings.
Customization: If you prefer a different style or require non-pierced options, please Contact Me to discuss a custom fitting before purchasing.
