Standard Shipping: All orders under $1,000 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (typically 1–3 business days).

High-Value Orders ($1,000+): To ensure maximum security, pieces valued at $1,000 or more are shipped via USPS Registered Mail (the industry standard for jewelry). Because insurance and handling requirements vary, please contact me before or during checkout. We will provide a custom shipping quote to ensure your piece is fully protected.
Expedited/Overnight Requests: If you require guaranteed overnight delivery (via USPS Priority Mail Express), please contact me before placing your order. We will confirm availability and provide a quote for the service.
International Shipping: We are happy to ship internationally. Please contact me for a shipping quote, as insurance and customs requirements vary significantly by country.

Returns

My goal is for you to love your jewelry. If you have any concerns with your purchase, please contact me immediately so we can find a solution.

Workmanship Guarantee: I stand by the quality of my work. If a piece arrives damaged or has a defect in workmanship, I will gladly repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper care, or exposure to harsh chemicals or conditions.
Returns: Items in original condition may be returned within 20 days of delivery. Please contact me for return instructions before mailing.
Custom Orders: Due to their personalized nature, all custom commissions are final sale and may not be returned.
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. I recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your return, as I cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
